IN 2020 - 2021, WE COMMIT TO:

Creating a more inclusive, equitable and diverse workforce and environment for all ELOQUII associates. Leadership will ensure our Guiding Principles come to life through the following key diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Formation of D&I Team that will create a safe space for everyone to bring their authentic self to work each and every day, will support leadership with company-wide D&I initiatives, and will support enhanced training efforts to educate and equip associates to inspire change and live the company’s Core Values.

Champion D&I best practice in hiring in partnership with Walmart Talent Acquisition team, by ensuring all job opportunities are posted internally first and ensuring external candidates for open positions have diverse candidate slates and hiring panels have diverse representation.

Develop a Training & Development initiative or associates that will offer a range of skill based learning, mentorship, career pathing and leadership development that will be rolled out in a phased approach beginning Fall 2020

Skills-Based Training & Education program to provide training tools to support ongoing development to perform day-to-day responsibilities.
Mentoring program to promote peer-to-peer learning in the workplace.
Career pathing support to formalize and bring a visual representation to career advancement as it pertains to understanding what criteria (e.g., knowledge, skills, competencies, experiences) is needed to advance.
Leadership program to help individuals develop leadership qualities and for those experienced in leadership, provide them with advanced business acumen and leadership capabilities preparing them for broader as well as more senior roles.

Elevating, supporting and financially investing in Black creativity and talent

Launch The Black Creatives Project mandating:
A minimum of 50% of total paid influencer partnerships go to Black creators with a minimum of 25% going to micro influencers
We increase our work with Black creative professionals across our design and creative production process by at least 25%
We publish goals and actual results for percentage of imagery across our owned channels and percent of marketing spend

Continued and ongoing investments in the diverse communities we serve through philanthropic efforts in support of equity and inclusion. We will identify and engage with at least three organizations that support the movement for Black life. We will also deepen our connections with local communities by holding an annual day of service for associates to volunteer with an organization furthering diversity, inclusion and equity.
